If you find an issue with the product received, email us the details, and attach supporting photographs to email@example.com alongwith the Order Id, within 7 days of receipt of the product. If your claim is validated by the quality assurance team, we will send a reprint as quickly as possible or offer a full refund for the defective order.
Change or cancel the order after it was placed?
In general, we recommend that you double-check all the details – product type, size, color, quantity etc – before advancing to check out. If, however, you found a mistake in the name, number or address, or have to cancel the order due to other reasons, it is possible only if the order hasn’t been sent to printing. If the status of the order is other than New – either “Printed” or “Shipped“- its not possible to change or cancel the order, it will be printed anyway.
There is a higher probability to cancel the order within the same day it was placed. However, we cannot
guarantee that due to varying printing schedules and order volumes.

Due to the digital nature of the products, once downloaded, returns or their replacements are not practical under ordinary circumstances. The product will be replaced if the original file is irrecoverably damaged or does not meet the mentioned specification. Email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order or click here within 24 hours of purchase.
Refunds are subject to the conditions as given below:
Partial, or full refund may be initiated in the event of an irreversible or irreconcilable instance with the product file, such as, wrong product file (where a replacement is not possible) or permanently damaged file. However, for personalized product refund shall be initiated only in the event of the product file being irrecoverably damaged or permanently lost.
Refunds shall also be initiated in case of wrong amount or excess charges on the invoice. In this instance, the additional amount charged to your invoice will be returned to the payment method used for the transaction.
Refunds can take 2 to 14 days to reflect in your account.
